This one was not much different than other books she's written. She covers most of the same topics and gives the same examples as anecdotes in each book. If you're new to Reiki or have not read other of Quest's books, this is a great book. If|About the Author|Penelope Quest is a highly respected Reiki author and trainer. She has been teaching Reiki since 1994 and has been a consultant on Reiki to both the Open University and the NHS. She was on the Education and Accreditation Committee
